Unable to see the metadata on Desktop client

Hi,

I used the Desktop Component Configuration Tool to add the metadata of the document in the Configure Profile and Configure Field Chooser and upload successfully. However, when I import the document, I cannot find the metadata available for me to select. Has anyone also faced the same problem and how to solve it ?
