Unable to import asset into teamsite from mediabin

Hi
I am using ECM connector 2.0 with teamsite 6.5 SP2.
I am able to browse and select the asset from mediabin and store its value into dct but when i try to preview or generate i get the following error and neither the default import directory "/import/images" is created nor the asset gets imported.The error is as follows:

The specifications in toolkit.xml are updated for ecm connector 2.0.
Urgent help is required.

Which type of login you are using to connect with MediaBin?

I am talking about your MediaBin software version? To run ECM 2.0, you should require MediaBin 4.5.2.

hmm. Did older version of ECM (1.0/1.1) connector was installed before? If this is the case then you need to remove the older version of ECM connector which might conflicting with new one.

there was an older verion of connector installed but our toolskit.xml contains entry for new connector 2.0.
So i am not able to understand the reason of error.
Any pointers in this direction wil be really helpful

hmm. try searching the below line in toolkits.xml

toolkit id="sample_connector" path="....content_center/sample_connector_out/sample_connector.tk.war"

if you find this line just delete this entire line and rebuild the application with iwhome/install/install_webapps.ipl -f content_center and restart.

This line is not there in toolkits.xml.It already has the updated entry for ecm
connector 2.0.

last couple of things left

1. Did you given the anonymous access to transfer folder?
2. Check that your mediabin services running properly by copy/paste below in browser-
http://localhost/MediaBinWebService/MediaBinServer.asmx?wsdl

If both are fine for you then I think its time to contact support.
