Content Purging

Does TeamSite or any other IW product offer a standard feature to mark and automatically purge/remove content ?
IF there is no standard feature, is there a way to go about achieving this ?

The problem here is that TS itself does not manage links. It would be easy to script the deletion of content and submission of the deletion to Staging based on a date, say in Metadata. However, any links to the content would remain.

If you are using an apps server to deliver content, then it may not be a problem as some remove links when they detect missing content. That may be doable by script in TS staging in our case (nightly updates) but not every case. IW need to address this for us vanilla users I think.

We don't try - instead we use HT//dig: A custom metadata element contains a date and HT//dig then emails the specified owner the day before expiry.
