have anyone seen this error before?

I1.f you are getting on preview, try to generate.. Sometime if the zz-manifest file got deleted you may get this error

2. This error may come if any problem is there inside TPL, try to debug the tpl by having simplest code in it and go step by step

when I remote access to the server, I found that there are 2 iwperl process running, but I didnt run anything at that point of time, so I stop the processes, and I try again, the error gone.

what is the zz_manifest file and how does it get deleted. this error occured while i was manipulating a tpl file. however, the error continues to occur even with the original tpl file which was working fine. help !
