Problem in Import more than four files

Nitin_B

Hi All,

I am facing one strange problem in Teamsite.I am not able to import more than four files in one go.I can understand that if the files are large - perhaps over 500MB together then this could cause a problem - but under this amount, I am at a loss as to why they seem to "bomb" in Teamsite.

Please help in this regard

What version and patch level? Also, how large *are* the files that you're importing? Is the limit strictly greater than 4 or do 5 small files work sometimes?

We are using teamsite version 6.5.In some machines we are able to upload the images and others machines we are not.
Could you please provide your valueable inputs for this.

Check as what JRE versions are being used in the machines which are able to import and which are not?
