MetaTagger - indexing issue

I am trying to build an index. This is the code I am using:

root_name
doc
<script>parse -stem -mode sentence -ignorenumbers -ignorepunctuation -additive</script>
d:\test


But, the problem is when I run: iwgenindex -config file_idx.cfg -verbose

I get the following error: Error: Unhandled exception.

Jalaja - What version are you running? Have you applied all patches from support?
