Formapi problem

Hello:

I found a very strange issue using FormAPI. If I open a saved DCR the first time, the FormAPIs won't work (i.e. onItemChange, onSave, etc.). If I close the DCR and re-open it again, all the Javascripts (FormAPI) work like charm again.
Does Anyone have seen this before? Your help is highly appreaciated!

Can you attach your DCT herewith to have a greater idea over your script?

Is the FormAPI code embedded within the DCT or in a separate file?
It would help to see the FormAPI code (in full) - the DCT might help, but the FormAPI code will probably be more revealing.
