We've made a change to the following stylesheet in teamsite, however the change is not appearing the the workflow window. Is there something that we need to run after a stylesheet edit?

What is your requirement ? you have mentioned "/" before iw-cc this means whether you have a directory called iw-cc under root. If yes if you change custom.css in that will that change look and feel of workflow window??

You are not supposed to modify iw-cc Components.So
