Urgent; Need Help

Hi All,
I am new to teamsite, I have installed temsite version 6.5.0 on Windows 2000 server sp2(My machine is dual boot machine XP and 2000 server RAM 1GB).

I am facing this problem of getting the service error 1067 and my Y drive is not comming up. So a connection with teamsite server could not be established.

I have got no Idea why is this happening.
Please help me out if also this sounds sily.

I am not sure what problem you get if you have dual boot machine.

And at the same time I am not sure IW supports this.

Hi Thanks for a quick reply,
But with dual boot machint it was working fine but some times this service happens(1067), and after I restart my machine it generally start working.
But today it is not.

Do Symantec antivrus has an effect on Teamsite?

For this the answer is NO.

For this the answer is NO.

Starting with 6.0 IWOV TS has serious compatibility issues with Symantec Anti-Virus.
Details depend on Windows and SAV versions, latest SAV versions are not compatible with
TS Server (in their OOTB configuration, anyway)

Have you really read KB articles I've indicated? They describe some workarounds for certain TS/NAV combinations.
If your versions permutation differs or if you can not make it work - contact IWOV Support.
