With an error like that, you should talk to support.

However some information like TS version, DD version, OS, deployment type, database in use, etc may be helpful

Any TS errors in the logs mentioning the file in question ?

Oracle: 10g on windows 64
OD/DD: 6.1.0.0.0 Build 61563 Interwoven 20061030

We are using standalone deployments.

None of the DD deployments work after this message and
when I restart OD, this message goes away for a couple of weeks.

And yes, I have a support case for this, but I thought I will try my luck here Smiley Happy

Did you remember to set the

teamsite.version: 6.7.1

in the OpenDeployNG/etc/deploy.cfg (and restart the OD server)?

Nope. Everything is normal.
At first, I did not put teamsite.version: 6.7.1 into the deploy.cfg file, but after that I will get the above error once in a while.

Nope. Nothing new. The case is still open, w/o any solution. Support is leaning towards corrupted disks/backing store.

The disks are OK and the store is almost brand new.

In our case - at least for right now - restarting the Base Server seems to have fixed the problem. But we're planning to keep the case open for at least a couple of weeks to see if the problem occurs again...

Restarting base server helps, but I'll get it the same error after some time.

One of the support's suggestions was to change the version in the deploy.cfg, from 6.7.1 to 6.5.0.

We'll see how long it lives ....

I suggest contacting support ASAP. On the other hand, don't know if it is of any use, try 6.7.1.0 instead of 6.7.1

Both the variants have been doing the rounds in different posts on this topic.
