schedule deployment through iwodschedadd

Hi I've check the command line options. Im worndering how can u specify the date and time when to run the deployment. Let say user will pass a variable date 04/14/2007 12:00AM what will be the command line?

Usage: iwodcmd schedadd depName [-r nX] [-s nX] [-e nX] [-c comment]
[-inst instName] [-k "key=value"]+ [-odinst instName]

where
-h - displays usage information
-v - displays version information

depName - Name of deployment to be scheduled for execution

-r nX - deployment recurs every nX units of time
Example: -r 30m, recurs every 30 minutes
(default is no recurrence)

-s nX - deployment starts in nX units of time from "now"
Example: -s 5m, starts in 5 minutes
(default start time is immediately)

-e nX - deployment ends in nX units of time from the
start time
Example: -e 3w, ends 3 weeks from start time
(default is no end time, i.e., repeats forever)

-c "arg" - use arg as description for deployment
(no default value)

n - numeric value
X - unit of time measurement
X is one of m, h, d, w (minutes, hours, days, weeks)

-inst arg - appends arg to depName to form a unique name
-k arg - key/value substitution with "key=value" as arg

-odinst instName - use OpenDeploy instance instName

-odinst instName Uses OpenDeploy instance instName.

deployment Name of the deployment being scheduled.

-r Repeat every N minutes, hours, days, or weeks.

-s [N][m|h|d|w] Time from current time to use as start date. The

default is 1 minute from current time when the command is entered.

-e [N][m|h|d|w] Amount of time from current time to use as end

date. The default end time is none. The scheduled deployment will continue indefinitely.

n A numerical value.

m Minutes.
h Hours.

d Days.

w Weeks.-c comment Description of the deployment being scheduled.

-inst instance Includes the deployment instance name instance, which is a suffix that is appended to

the deployment name. This option is used to create unique deployment names for each instance of a deployment configuration.

-k key=value Key/value substitution with "key=value" as the arg value.

You will need to do a bit of math, to get the amount of time from when you rin the command until 4/14/07 12 am. Use -s with the start date and then set an end date so it does not continue (unless you want it to)

hmm. in GUI just specify the date and time. It will be great to have the feature in command line also. Im just looking different approach to schedule deployment. At the moment im using dummy task to execute the external task to run the deployment. Im just thinking I can try using OD schedule command line to do it. It seems possible but need to do some conversion. Users will be passing date and time in the dcr when to deploy the file.
