OpenDeploy Error

Hello, last night i had a deployment that failed and i think it was because Teamsite was down. but just for my future reference i wanna confirm it with the experts here: this is the peice from the src log where it says the error.
teamsite was down at that moment when the deployment was kicked off, so do you think that what this error means? or does the error mean something else?
we are on OD 5.6 sp1 on W2K.

Yes, LIB: 2006-12-13 17:10:26 ERROR: Failed to process src directory (.\res\activ8_mdu).

means that it could not read the source (TS) cause it was down
