OD 6.1: XML ERROR: content not allowed in prolog?

Hello,
just upgraded from OD 5.6 to OD 6.1 on W2k.
and most of my deployment jobs are working fine without any changes, but few of them, through the same error.
error starting the deployment.

deploy_job.xml has xml parsing error: content not allowed in prolog

i check the deployment file and it looks the same as others. i run it through the xml iwodvalidate and it says " root element missing" but it doesn thave the root element:

anybody had this error before? or knows wht it might be caused by?

nvm this question, the problem was in unicode format.. i used wordpad and notpad to edit the config files and when i saved them in wordpad it change from utf-8 to something else. so just be careful when using other than xml editors to edit config files.
