OD admin can't schedule or start a deployment.

Hello, i just upgraded my base from 5.6 to OD 6.1 aon server And i have OD admin 6.1 on different server. we use that admin to start anydeployment from server A. but after the upgrade i cant start or schedule a deployment from server A. everytime i choose serve A to start a deployment, it says "can't contact at this time". and when i click on view schedule choosing the same server A it says "permissoin denied /missing resource".
also when i click on user access to assign certain deployments to a user, and when ichoose server A it says "Permission Denied

at the same time, all the deployments are going through fine from server A to the server that has the admin since it also has a base. i cant see tht i received a deployment from server A. and i can see the src log files of that deployments from the adming. so it is not connection problem. so the admin server can read the log files from server A.



is there anything i need to configure in base 6.1 for the admin to be able to manage it?

i only made changes in odnodes.xml and od base.xml... did i skip anything?
