Hi We have a Dev TeamSite which is a replica of Prod TemSite. All the forms and files were set already and we are working on enhancing the system. We are facing an unusual problem here. When editing some files. For eg.There is a file default.asp with properties - Teamsite/Templating/PrimaryDCR : programs Teamsite/Templating/PrimaryDocumentType : ci\home Teamsite/Templating/PrimaryPT : home.tplNow, when I click on edit to edit default.asp I get this error : The category/type ci/home doesnot exist in templating.cfg.Please contact your system admin. But, in the templating.cfg I can clearly see the category and type properly mentioned with correct syntax and spellings. this problem exists with some other files as well (all of whom have correct entries in templating.cfg).There are other files which are not giving this error and are working well. Please suggest possible causes and solutions!!!Thanks
Are these (some) files being copied over or migrated from any other server? Also check the properties of these files and if possible attach the screen shot along with snippet of templating.cfg.
Are you able to create new dcr with same category/template on your dev branch. If no then there is some problem with your templating.cfg or set up of template for example datacapture.cfg etc
Yes these 'some' files are migrated from the Prod TS server but their extended attibutes are showing correctly . There are other files also that have been migrated and hav correct EAs and also show correct dcr when their editing is tried.
