use numbers:
"1.Use this WF"
"2.Get a life WF"

No.. it is by default functionality and within none of the config file .. you can mention your preference of listing order.

May be you are right...but i might have clicked to 'Quote' for a reply prior to your answer and clicked on 'Submit Reply' after yours. A busy bee!!

I hope bulletin application developers keep your point in mind..so that it should warn saying "A reply has been added... would you like to continue?"

Nice try, but you posted at 7:20 while the original was at 6:49. Did you really spent that much time formulating your response ? You must be a consultant paid by the hour. :-)

Andy.. your guess is right. I am working as a consultant but not paid by Devnet to reply within minutes. I was busy doing work for the company through which i am paid.

Try using white spaces in front of the workflow names.

Combination of (number of white spaces in front of workflow name + the actual workflow name) should give you the desired sorting order.

The workflow selection screen will discard the white spaces before displaying the workflow names so no harm done....visually

It works for us.....

Using spaces in fornt of the workflow name did not work for us. Using numbers is not an acceptable solution as well because we have different workflows appearing for different branches/users/roles.

Has anyone made a feature request for this functionality yet? If so, please post the number and I'll add our name to the list.

I made a feature request to turn off the alphabetical order of workflows, #71579. Please add your company name to it if you are interested in this functionality as well.

I submitted a case to have us added to it...

alternatively, though, it would suit our purposes just to be able to set a default workflow, per branch...then they can stay in alphabetical order, but the pre-selected one doesn't have to be the first one in the list...

not sure if interwoven will make that a new feature request, or lump it into yours...
