Assistance Tracking down an Issue

Any help or guidance on the following would be appreciated.

The following error started popping up in iwjoberrors :

Bad file path customer_service/service_centers/body_callcenter_contactsold.inc.html

I am interested in tracking this down, but cannot seem to find a good command line tool that would query for any task with said file attached to it.

Is there a location/log where I might find this information?

If it's showing up in iwjoberrors.log you should see some additional context there - such as the area vpath in which it is claiming it cannot find the file.
If you find the file in an areavpath - there are other CLTs that will tell you what jobs the file is attached to -- but I don't think that will help you here because you're looking for jobs where the file is referenced but incorrectly.

You can get the task id from iwevents.log file that corresponds to this error messages. You need to look at the timestamps in both the log files to get the correct task id.

Unfortunately, the only error is what was posted above. This error gets written every 5 minutes :

[Mon Apr 23 13:41:36 2007] Bad file path customer_service/service_centers/body_callcenter_contactsold.inc.html.
[Mon Apr 23 13:46:37 2007] Bad file path customer_service/service_centers/body_callcenter_contactsold.inc.html.
[Mon Apr 23 13:51:40 2007] Bad file path customer_service/service_centers/body_callcenter_contactsold.inc.html.

Nothing is showing up in iwevents either (nothing with that file name in it, at least)

This sounds more like a workflow externaltask or cgitask script sending error messages to the log file - I suggest looking through all your scripts for "Bad file path" to try to track it down.

As we're [probably] talking custom code - that's about all that I can suggest until you do more investigative work on your end.
