CCSTD - Removal of DCR Wizard (specifically the Next button)

Hello!

I am coming from the CCPRO world and moving into the CCSTD world.
OS: Win2K3
TS: TS 6.7.1

I've added the "skip-tag-step" and "skip-submit-step" to the application_custom.xml file and ran the maketoolkit.ipl file. Everything is all good in that there is no more auto-submit to workflow or tagging screens coming up but I am not trying to see if there is a way to remove the "Next" button on the DCR?

If I click on "Next >>", I get a screen where the next action is asked. Since I've disabled everything, nothing is selectable and the only choice is either "Back" or "Next". If I click on "Next", the wizard completes and I'm back into the regular view of the CCSTD.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think that the "next" button can be removed.

As a workaround, you can
a. Have a workflow which gets invoked by default when users click next button (i.e., tt_data)
b. workflow simply redirects users to their regular view of either CCStd or CCPro

The following FormApi mechanism has been suggested by Dave long time ago (albeit for a different button):
