PDFs files corrupt after obtaining them from Worksite

I have a problem with a new Worksite 8.0 installation. If I have a PDF file that opens fine, then I add it to Worksite, then I download the file again. When I open the file I get an error stating "There was an error opening the document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired". Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
