iwcache.xml updation problem in TS 6.7.1

Hi,
Env: windows 2003 Enterprise Edition, TS 6.7.1

We have recently upgraded from TS 6.1 SP2 to 6.7.1 and ran iwaccessmigrate. We were able to see the OS users and OS groups under the "Administration tab-> Manage Users" and all the functionality worked fine.

Recently we added an existing user as a member of an existing OS group in Windows Server.
We ran iwreset and also tried restarting the server. We are able to see that the user has been added as a member to the corresponding group in Windows OS but in TeamSite, the new OS group is not shown for that user under "Administration tab-> Manage Users".

We also tried to take the ownership of a group task which belongs to the newly assigned group. But it failed. This means that TeamSite is not able to recognise the user's membership in the corresponding group.

The problem seems to be coming from iwcache.xml. This file was not updated to reflect the changes that we did to the group membership for the user. What could be the reason for this?

Is there any CLT which forces to update the iwcache.xml? Any log files to check with regard to iwcache.xml?

I'm not sure if it changed in 6.7.1 - but in previous versions, when you add a user to TS and/or add them to a group used within TS you need to run iwreset to get TeamSite to refresh its cache of users and groups -- or wait a few minutes for TS to refresh itself.

There is an option you can place in the iw.cfg file to have TS dump it's knowledge of users and groups into the iwtrace.log -- see page 105 of the TeamSite Administration Guide (6.7.0) for more details.
