MetaTagger Logging Level Changes

If I change the logging levels, do I need to stop and start the MetaTagger services for the changes to take effect?

If you change the levels in the Admin GUI, it *should* change the level automatically. But using the start/stop off of the Admin GUI is pretty easy.

Changing the metatagger.conf file alone will almost certainly require a restart.
