Workarea Folder gets automatically attached to the Workflow

When invoking a workflow using the New Job Menu from any folder present in the workarea, that folder gets automatically attached to the workflow.

How to override this default behaviour of the workflow to attach folders?

However,the folder can be filtered in the wft file

but is there a simple fix like any customization done to TeamSite to override the default behaviour of the workflow in TeamSite.

I didnt read your this post before replying to other one.

I dont think there is any configuration setting to attach the files/folders with the workflow. If you need to filter any particular content u need to write code either in the wft or respective task.

Please provide more detail and context.
What do you mean by "attached"?
Which UI are you using (CCPro [content or workflow tab] or CCStd)?
Can you show the code being used to associate pre-selected files to the workflow?

If your workflow is capturing the files using iw_file command and the user will not select any files before initiation of the worklfow then by default the folder from which the workflow gets initiated would be attached to the job.

However the turn around can be that remove the attached folder from the job within the first script.
