What exactly is Metasource Editor? is it a module/component of MetaTagger itself? is it included when MetaTagger is purchased? Is it covered in MetaTagger education courses?

The MetaSource Editor is a Client-side application that enables vocabulary (taxonomy) editors to visually build and model vocabularies. It also enables one to build up a thesaurus of synonyms (eg. IBM = International Business Machines).
It is included with the MetaTagger package.
