Cannot Log in Teamsite

I have just installed Teamsite, but when I go to log in it gives me the following error: Failure in operation. Anyone has any ideas?

Hi,
Please specify teamsite version and platform.
Have you added the user in uid or xml file (depends on version). Check all teamsite service is running. Post the logs from iwui access error.

Please post this query in proper group. It should go to Teamsite Product Line not Livesite Product Line...

Thanks for all your replies. Added the username manually in tsusers.xml and it worked. The Teamsite version is 6.7.1, according to the documentation, we should be able to log in with the network username/password for the first time. Not quite sure, why it didn't work. Anyways, it is working fine now. Sorry for the late reply.

the normal step is that the administrator account gets access then you need to log in as admin and add what ever users need access.
