Preview and Generate Error

Hello,

We have a ContentCenter user who suddenly started receiving a Preview and Generate Error when trying to generate an XML file from a DCT. He had previously been generating fine, and no changes have been made to the TPL's for quite some time. He receives this error regardless of the workarea or machine he logs in to. No other users (over 100) receive this same error. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what we can try to help remedy this situation? We are running TeamSite 6.5.0 SP 3 on a Windows 2003 Server.

You may have problems with this person Access rights (authorization). Check if (s)he still belongs to 'news_WA' Group fo Sharing.

Yes, the user has access to all workareas and logs in as a Master. We control access to the workareas through domain groups. We use a local group at the workarea level, and then add domain-level groups for user access.

The PT include is in staging on a config branch. This is a common implementation (though when I do it, it deploy it from the config branch to iw-home and reference the iw-include from iw-home.

Have you turned on branch security for the config branch ? Does he have access to that branch ?

Try changing the PT iw_include to iw-home/custom/.... instead of Y:/default/main/TSAdmin/...
