followLinks no longer supported?

We've been using OD 5.5.1 on Solaris for a while, and we've have just starting using OD 6.0.1.0.0 on RH Linux. Some of our OD configs no longer work, becase we used the followLinks attribute for the transfer rules. This worked fine for OD 5.5.1, but not in the new version.

Wading through the logs, we found a reference, with a WARNING, that followLinks is no longer supported, and in future versions of OD, this would be reported as an error.

If followLinks is no longer supported, what do I now use to copy from a source unix file system that contains links? Is there some new functionality that will do this?

source followLinks should still work. Please refer to the dtd for sourceTransferRules element which has followLinks attribute.
