Hide From components

Hi,

I've create a new template to create documents but I will like to hide the Form Settings, Preview and Generate links at the Top just leaving Save and Save As.

Any help or samples will be appreciated

That is easy with a couple changes to templating.cfg (at least preview & generate) I am not certain about Form Settings.

All of it. actionlist items are save, saveas, settings, preview, generate.

Which version you are working on? Search and read for 'viewoptions' from the FormAPI / Developers Guide.

You're better off looking for it in the FormsPublisher Developer's Guide (the former contains a reference to it indicating you should look in the latter for details)

I'm using version 6.5

I check the Templating.cfg under local/config but I don't nothing there sorry but I'm very new TeamSite just starting learning the las two dates so what should I bee loking for lets said for link Preview

I suggest you obtain the FormsPublisher Developer's Guide from https://support.interwoven.com - if you do not have access to the support site, someone else at the site should and they can get it for you.

Once you obtain it - read it.
If you don't see the answer to your question - read it again.
If you see the answer to your question but don't understand it - post what you are reading and how you are trying to make sense of it, and someone here will be happy to help you understand it.
