Login issue

Hi all,

Env - Worksite MP , Oracle, IIS 6.0, Trusted Logon with IIS/AD

Issue - Couple of users are experiencing problems when logging in to the system using Trusted logon. One user can login only after couple of tries into the system and one of them is not able to login at all. (I checked with a couple of other users of the system, they are all able to login successfully using trusted logon everytime. )

The users who have a problem, i can login using their Ids into the system (using NON-Trusted Logon) so their Ids are not locked and the AD password they are using to do trusted login is correct(they are getting mails and able to access other Apps using their AD creds).

When i look at the logs (for these particular user ids) the User id is blank.

Can anyone suggest what could be causing the problem.

If its network problem, is there someting in the logs that will say the connection timed out?

Any help, pointers or suggestions is highly appreciated.
