Accessing 'multiedit' form variables in MT GUI

Our platform is Windows, TeamSite is 6.7.1 and Metatagger is 4.1.1.
I am having an issue while tagging multiple files. While tagging a single file, I am able to access all the variables in the 'singleedit' form. Based on that, I can manipulate field-2 based on the selection of Field-1. But while tagging multiple files, I am able to access only the variables for Field-1 for those files. Hence I am unable to manipulate the field-2(of say FILE1) based on the selection of the field-1(of File1). It seems the variables I am able to access in the multiple edit form are limited to the same fields(field-1 for file 1 and field-1 for file 2) being viewed for those files meaning its a subset. Please advise on how can i access the variables(eg propxxxx) for other fields for their respective files (path_x) while tagging multiple files.

TeamSite 6.7.1 TagUI does not support FormAPI. Improvements are planned, so stay tuned for 6.7.1 SP1.
