reviewers in workflow

Hi there.

I am using teamsite 6.7 and win environment.

We have an option to add a reviewer (which is a specific role) specific to a branch.

Is there a way to retrieve those reviewers in workflow?

Can you please throw on some lights?

I can have a reviewer file separately and fetch the reviewer data. But just wanted to know whether there is a way to use the teamsite functions to retrieve or not.

What i understood from your post is that you need a drop down with all reviewers and those reviewers are mentioned in a separate file.

My question to you is in which format your reviewer file is? Also you can use <template_script> and TAG_info to retrive and show the drop down in job inititation screen.

What I understood him to say was that "reviewer" is a custom role in his system, and that what he wants is the membership of that role. Is that the proper understanding, Arabind?

Actually, I am able to add a user to reviewer role using teamsite UI.

Reviewer role is not created by me. Its there in the dropdown list in “Add Users as Role” menu in Teamsite UI.

My question is how to retrieve the reviewers which I added thro this UI ??

Mentioned in the WF guide.. just go through it is pretty simple.. Smiley Happy
