E-Mails with Chinese fonts in FileSite

Hi,

A customer of ours has a lot of e-mails written in a Chinese font to import into FileSite. The quick view and the open message look alright, but the FileSite List view seems to not be able to display the Chinese subjects as well, so they all show up as a line full of question marks.

Any ideas of where to look? Thank you!

I believe currently there's no Filesite installer for Chinese & no localization support . English,French &German have been supported for sometime and spanish was recently added .

I wonder how you were able to import chinese emails and can see them in Quick View which actually is a third party plugin from Stellant .

To resolve the Filesite list view issue try setting the DB locale & Office MUI to Chinese .What about text searches .Do they work ?

I'm also interested in knowing the exact version of Interwoven Products ,OS and tools installed in your Env. .

Can you provide a screen shot for more clarity ?
