How to move TeamSite server

Hi,
Is there an easy way (i.e. tools) to move TeamSite server form a box with Windows 2000 to a new box with Windows 2003 Server?

Unless you are breaching any compatibility matrix of any of the installed Interwoven products there's should'nt be any issue going from win2k to 2003 .

What product versions are you currently running ?

Product version is TeamSite 6.5 with Service Pack 2 and patch 65530 applied on Windows 2000.

What I want to do is move the whole TeamSite environment i.e. Start with Server 2003 without TeamsSite and move the TeamSite server, store, workflows, templates... everything across.

I was thinking install TeamSite on the Win 2003 box, stop TS server than copy the TeamSite directory from the old machine to the new one, would that work?

You will need to [re-]generate the license for TS if you switch boxes, and you will need to deal with using iwidmap to fix SIDs for any locally defined userid's and groupid's since those are directly tied to the server.

Other than that, I believe there shouldn't be any issues besides, as mentioned, making sure that the version of TS is compatible with the version of the OS (including patches and SPs on both sides)
