Unassigned Group Tasks works intermittently

Each morning "Unassigned Group Tasks" stops working. It starts working again some time in the afternoon.
We have been unable to identify any particular process that ties in with these times. There seems to be ample resources available on the machine.

Using Teamsite version 6.5

This problem first began occurring round about when our server was virtualised.

Has anyone encountered this before??

Hi,

Do you mean the Group task(s) is not active or does it get stuck before proceeding to the next task ?
Do this happen for a particular workflow or for all the workflows with Group task in general ?
Please be more elaborate.

By "stops working" I mean that tasks (which are unassigned) do not get listed under "unassigned group tasks".

These tasks are visible in "all tasks"

Might those tasks have been 'taken' by any user from the group. Check on that... please.

This is common where someone takes it but does not act on it. User mistake, but too easy to happen, IMHO.

No the tasks haven't been taken. This even happens when I'm the only one so no-one else could have taken them. The tasks concerned all have the owner listed as . I would have thought that was the criteria for classifying a task as "unassigned"

We're experiencing the same thing but on TS 6.7.2 SP1 /Sol 10. We've opened a case with support but haven't heard anything yet.

Was this ever resolved? Anybody else experienced this?
