DCT label fields in Japanese charactors

I have a requirement, I need to show the labels in
in DCT in Japanese charactor.


I have installed foreign language tool kit.
I am using windows 2003 server with Teamsite 6.5.

My sample scripts which i tried using JS is attached are attached.

IWItem get/set Label and get/set Description methods were introduced in 6.7.0. You simply do not have these methods in 6.5
