Custom Stylesheets within VisuaFormat Toolbar

How to define the caption for the custom style sheet ,i have tried with caption option but it is not working

in the visualformatconfig file i am calling the sample.css which is importing two another css file which is having the css definition

i want to add the caption for the custom style sheet in Apply style in VEF editor

I am having 4 css files
sample1 css file is importing the sample2 css
sample2 css file is importing the base.css and element.css
base.css and common.css contain the stylesheet defition

In base.css i tried this

.code {
caption Smiley Frustrated

ample Code;
margin:0in;
font-size:10.0pt;
font-family:"Courier New";}

and in visualformat file i have set "visible= true"

But still the caption is not listing in drop down box
