Replacing placeholder asset image

How would I go about replacing the default placeholder image (the one with the interwoven logo) with another image? I am not looking to replace the image with the thumbnail from an asset - this can be achieved.

Basically you need to replace the placeholder images in the /images directory of webclient with custom images.

I have followed the instructions in the kb, but I am still getting the default placeholder asset thumbnail.

Is there anything else I should be doing to get MediaBin to use the new images I have inserted?

Those images and how they are placed on the web site are basic html. If you changed the images in the correct locations on your web server, it should work.

You may have a situation where your web browser is caching your images into a "Temporary Internet Folders" location on your machine. I suggest clearing your cache on your local machine via TOOLS->OPTIONS in both IE or Firefox and clear out any client side saved data.
