Have you tried using... IWItem.getChildren ().. which gives you an array of all child items.

Are you trying to access this information via FormAPI in the DCT - or when processing the DCR with a PT?

In either case, it would probably help if you provided a bit more context in terms of the DCT code (just the applicable portion) and whatever other code you've been working on to try to resolve your issue.
