Does anyone happen to have the Playbook for the Argent demo for Teamsite 5.0.1? If you have it I'd appreciate if you could forward it to me at

. Thank you.

Jimmy,
The Argent Demo Playbook is for IWOV internal use only. However, if you have a specific question regarding our product demos, how to use Interwoven products, or common use cases, we may be able to help you out. Feel free to ask away, thanks.

I find it ironic that the one post I see in the forums I look at from someone who works directly for Interwoven is to tell someone what they can't do. One of the biggest complaints I have about the DevNet forums and the support site forums is that Interwoven engineers are not monitoring and helping to answer people's questions on a daily basis. Not so much on the DevNet forums, but certainly on the support site forums, many questions go unanswered. One would think that Interwoven would benefit by helping to answer every question people have - that would definitely boost the use of these sites. Just taking the opportunity to rant...

Hi Dave,
We at Interwoven are making a concerted effort to get IWOV employees to make a habbit of regularly going to DevNet to provide clarification/assistance. It has now become part of our job descriptions and we are doing our best to make contributing to DevNet part of the company culture.
With the relaunch of DevNet last week, you will find that this is beginning to take effect. If you look in the MetaTagger or OpenDeploy, TeamTubro, etc. groups, you will see that Product Managers and engineers have responded directly to posts.
After looking at the workflow forum, where i see you do most of your posts, i agree that IWOV feedback is definitely lacking. I will call this to the attention of the appropriate parties and get this addressed ASAP. Thank you for calling this to our attention.
Best,
David

Hi, Jimmy--
To add to Dave's comments:
My team is directly responsible for the demo playbook, which is a confidential document that we are legally bound not to distribute outside the company. At the same time, if you can give me a better understanding of what it is you're looking for, I'll be happy to do everything I can to supply it.
Regards,
Eliza

It would be nice if the people from Interwoven who would help out in the workflow forum could also sweep through the workflow forum in the support site as well. I understand that the DevNet site is set up as more of a newsgroup-type forum to be used by TeamSIte users, but the support site is strictly for paying customers, and those forums should be monitored and every post responded to by someone from Interwoven, in my opinion. Certainly it can only help for Interwoven engineers to share some of the undocumented "features" as well. Thanks for replying.

Hi David. Just to let you know, we are reworking the Support Site forums and will most likely consolidate them with Devnet to help build a critical mass. There definitely are near-term plans to have the right technical people monitoring the forums so questions do not go unanswered. The timframe is not set but should but will be in early-mid Q3.
Thanks for your suggestion.
