Problem on using Desktop Configuration Tool

Hi,

I have 4 facilities and use Desktop Configuration Tool to add document profile fields to the 4 failities, the outlook cannot see the fields when I edit/upload the document profile in some facilities. (2 of 4 cannot see the new fields). Is it the problem of facility setting ?

I have struggled too too long time and interwoven support cannot help me, has any one know how to solved ?
