Newbie Question how to deploy worksite customization

Hi,

I'm new to Worksite MP and do not have any idea on how can I deploy all my customization go another (Test) environment.

Currently I only now that I can move workspace or Project to another environment. However, if I only have a small fix to be migrated, do I still need to migrate the whole project?
