Windows 2003 SP1 Server crashes

Hi all again,
I have been searching on this subject, but all of the information looks like it may not fit. I have a brand new Windows 2003 SP1 Enterprise Edition Server. I am running TeamSite 6.5 SP3 on the server. ODBase 6.1.1 and ODAdmin 6.1.1. This server constantly reboots itself every couple of hours. if I disable the Interwoven Services the server will just keep running fine. I just opened a case with Interwoven support, but I also thought I would ask here. I am open to ideas on this. You guys have been great in the past.

Have you seen anything in the logfiles or Windows Event Viewer to indicate what might be causing the issue? Perhaps memory or disk space?

Do you have anti-virus software on the server? I seem to recall that there have been issues in the past with anti-virus software and TeamSite not playing well together (though I thought that was more a case of TS not starting up as opposed to rebooting, but ...)
