Unable to view all files/folder from the import screen

Hi,
Many of the users Unable to view all files/folder from the import screen when trying to import files from their computer into teamsite. any help is appreciated!

There are many, many, many posts on this in this forum about this. It all has to do with what version of JVM is installed on the client pc.
Usually changing the clients JVM version to a version supported by Teamsite fixes the issue. If it doesn't work you could just have to have the users move the files into an empty folder on their computer first so that they can see that file prior to import. Of, if you allow them to access the Teamsite filesystem via a mapped drive then they can work with the files that way.

Get to search and type "jvm import files" without quotes

Thanks for everyones input, after trying on several machines we identified its the client JDK version. I checked the interwoven support site for the compatability chart and figured that it should have Java (Sun) 1.4.2 for my version of teamsite.
