Javascript in preview doesn't work!!

Hi All,

Thanks in advance. I am trying to set a value of a field in a DCR using a Javascript. When I try to preview the dcr, the value is not showing up. But when I try to open up the DCR in the edit mode, the value is showing up in the respective field. I have attached my DCT code along with this thread. I am trying to set the value of the "ProjectNumber" field. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
