Writing lock model and NFS mounts

Do you mean any of these Optional Write Locking or Mandatory Write Locking or, do want something else ?
Please specify your TS details.

I mean "Mandatory writing lock".
If one does a NFS export, the files are read-only.

The external tasks on the TS server, have to lock the file first, before doing anything with it.

Now, if the client wants to modify a file on his workstation, we would use an NFS mount/Samba. How do you lock it then?
