Gallery view or thumbnail display for the search result in WSMP5.0

Hi all,

My company is exploring the new feature in WSMP5.0. One of the requirement in my company is to display the gallery view or thumbnail in the advance search result page.

I have checked that the advance search result page, by default, only display the document file metadata without thumbnail in the detail view format. Does anyone have experience to customize the result page to meet my company's requirement?

When you mean "thumbnails", are you referring to "thumbnail" images which is a smaller version of the original?

As a reference point, are you looking for something like what you can do in MS Sharepoint whereby you can upload images to a picture library and have the list include a thumbnail view of the actual image?
