concurrent_approval.wft in TS 6.5 any known issues?

Hi,
I have to look into concurrent approval workflow as part of new project.
I tried with the solution wf provided by Interwoven(concurrent_approval.wf).

It is working fine if there is only one reviewer, but if I select more than
1 reviewer it throwing error like shown in the attachment.

What is the issue, is there any know issue with this solution wf or do we need to
do any fix?

Please let me know any one else face the same issue.
I would be great if some one sent there working conc review WFT file which can be used
as a reference.

Note: I am using TS 6.5.

Where is your attachement ? And attach you wft or else give how that workflow flows.
