Unable to Login to Teamsite - "No such Teamsite user"

A failure is occurring while logging to Teamsite. A message "No such Teamsite user" is displayed when user tries to login to Teamsite. It has also been checked that when the user gives wrong password and correct user name, a message comes "Wrong username/password" and the message "No such Teamsite user" is displayed for correct entries of username , password, Domain and Role , while attempt to login to Teamsite. We are using TS 6.5 , Win 2K3 , SP2.

It has been verified that there is a entry of the username in the concerned uid file .

It has also been checked that

iwckrole role domain\user in the commandline gives result YES

On what all files you have updated his/her username and role definition? Are you using any external light weight directory such as LDAP or so?
