Using OD Web Services without hard coding username/password

We have a web application that we would like to start deployments from. With the access model code I see in the java client examples, it looks like I need to provide a user name and password in order to do anything.

I also see another method that gets a CSContext from a session string. Question is, what is the session string based on?

Note: This application will be running on the same server as the OD base/admin server.
