Error during visual difference

Hi,
i am comparing two versions and when i click the Visual Tab , download the file dialog box appears.Any inouts appreciated.

Visual will open the dcr's directly but for all other file type for which you have set or not set any associated editor will be asked to be downloaded. This is standard for teamsite and no problem at your end.

You can compare htmls and DCR's anything other than these will be asked to download unless other wise as stated by sailesh

Thanks for all your replies.

We are generating JSP with the help of DCR & TPL, users will be able to compare files, please see the attached screen shot.

Users are able to view the source difference but not the visual difference.
