Help with Worksite 8.2 SP1 installation

Could anyone help me with Worksite 8.2 SP1 installation? What all things I need to uninstall before installing SP1?

Also what are the values that I should specify in the Virtual Server and Virtual directory (in the installation wizard)?

Is this the virtual server and directory for worksite?

It seems to be looking for a sharepoint site in the virtual server location i specify in installation wizard.

Is it nessary to create a sharepoint 2007 site before installing SP1?
